		<description>I believe it was Windows For Workgroups (3.11) that first included Telnet. I don&#039;t think 3.1 had network support to speak of.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;But instead of using MicroSloth&#039;s terrible telnet client (which, like Notepad, is remeniscent of a badly done Computer Science 101 class project), try putty or cygwin. Or just end the suffering altogether and use Ubuntu.</description>
