About
I’m Head of Customer Development at EditMe, the easiest way to build collaborative websites, where I lead the company’s customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction efforts through customer development, including blogging, search engine optimization, video marketing, and social media.
I enjoy learning and talking about lean startups, content marketing, customer development, and social media – basically anything to do with engaging with people online.
Before EditMe, I worked as Director of Product Marketing at VisibleGains (formerly PermissionTV), and launched a number of inbound marketing initiatives such as SEO, PPC, blogging and a live weekly video show. I’m also a proud graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
While not working, I also enjoy learning and participating in the ongoing conversation that is the World Web Web. In addition to writing about Boston’s internet technology hub on Internet Tech Boston, I blog about online collaboration, and you can find me on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
When it’s time to unplug, I like to go out with friends and enjoy live music. I’m always on the lookout for a good band for under 20 bucks – like Raq or The New Deal – or a good weekend-long festival, although I don’t always have time for that.
I hope you enjoy this blog. I enjoy sharing what I know about online technologies, and I try my best to “connect the dots”, and not just regurgitate what I’ve read on other blogs. If a post of mine is interesting or helpful to at least one person, then I feel I’ve done a good job. Of course, a blog is about conversations, so please comment below. I’m interested in any manner of feedback, as well as ideas for future posts and discussions.
See you all out there . . . .
